Business experience began at the Golden Arches like so many young people growing up in the 60’s. Pat was blessed to work close to the founder and Chairman Ray Kroc in his hometown of San Diego. His influence allowed Pat to purchase a McDonald’s franchise at 25 and ultimately to spend over 40 years in the franchising world. Working on both the franchisee side as an owner and on the franchisor side leading and developing strong assimilation and growth of franchisees. Mr. Kroc let me in on a little secret in 1981, he shared with me that my nickname at Mcdonald’s was “The People Pump.” Watching and helping people grow and develop brings me a sense of joy I can’t explain, I know it’s how God made me. Now in our calling to C12, we are so grateful that God continues to lead and provide business owners and leaders who are committed to honoring God, as they build better businesses for a greater purpose. The fields are white for the harvest.
