As a senior developer at Integra, I have worked on a multitude of systems and have been involved in two separate large-scale mergers/acquisitions.Our primary development environment was/is .Net (C# & VB) and SQL Server.My area of support was mainly focused on trouble management and work force dispatching, but I have worked on almost every customer support system we had at Integra during my time here.While here at Integra, I spent a year in the role of 'fixer' - assuming the technical lead roles in projects that were in danger of failing or falling far behind their delivery dates - this required me to get up to speed on the projects quickly and provide direction from both a business and technical perspective to ensure completion.Later, I was the lead analyst and developer for the implementation of ServiceNow as our customer-facing trouble ticket support system - this was a 15 month project that involved some extreme customization of the ServiceNow base system to support the business requirements.

Developed a billing system that took rated charges from other systems and presented them based on a customer controlled framework . This system was written in Perl, with a SQL Server database for the customer defined framework. This was developed for the State of Alaska to allow them to display charges from multiple billing systems in one environment and which allowed them to organize the information as they desired. Also developed a Perl/TK application to replace the functionality of the SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

Supported the telecom billing (Kenan/Arbor) and was the primary person responsible for managing the taxing software (Vertex). Primary development environment was Solaris OS, with Perl.

Provided support for telecom applications in an IBM mainframe environment, with COBOL, CLIST, JCL and VSAM.Day to day support included resolution of application issues, bug fixes, and new development.Re-wrote the process to support the splitting of an NPA (e.g., 206, 360) and reduced the time required from 36 hours to 3 hours.Worked as a consultant with Pacific Data Group and Comsys.

Supported the Automated SIOP Allocation (ASA) software system - provided installation support, training to users, resolved minor technical issues, and served as the liaison between the development staff and users. In 1994 I was promoted to the System Engineer position and was responsible for the overall ASA application, both the maintenance of system and providing technical direction on the application, as well as serving as the lead DBA and primary developer for the GUI. During this time I was our primary spokesperson and gave numerous briefings and training sessions to military personnel, up to and including people of flag rank.

Based on my performance, I was selected to provide IT support to the Weapons Allocation group of the Joint Strategic Target Planning Staff (JSTPS) at Offutt AFB. In this role I developed COBOL, ISPF, and CLIST programs and supported the team in their duties. During my time at JSTPS, I was awarded NCO of the Quarter 3 times, nominated for the Stripes for Exceptional Performers (STEP) award, and was a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force NCO School.

My first tour of duty as a computer programmer was with the IT team supporting the Base Financial group for Offutt AFB, developing COBOL programs on a Honewell mainframe. During my time at this duty station I was transferred to the Training section as the primary trainer for the IT group (approximately 15 developers).
