As Growth Manager at DD Agency, my primary role is to support the business development of DD's portfolio of brands, ensuring that the deals pipeline is managed and that the sales funnel is being filled with new, qualified leads. Direct Development is a family of brands (DD Agency, Novus, Enrollify and DD Studio). My primary responsibilities involve serving as Growth Manager for business development at DD Agency as well as assisting with duties at Enrollify, which include producing and managing high quality content for higher ed admissions and marketing professionals.

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative responsibilities associated with the track and field/cross country program including but not limited to the following: • Serve as administrative assistant to the Director of Track and Field. • Planning and facilitating of all team travel for a roster of over 100 and staff of 10-15. • Conducted interviews with prospective new hires. • Development and management of the program’s annual budget including fund allocations, expense approvals and expense reporting. • Competition Director for all home cross country and track and field meets. • Coordinate and execute all official recruiting visits. • Serve as liaison between the program and compliance, equipment, admissions, facilities, medical, media and academic staffs. • Organization and execution of alumni engagement events. • Serve as camp director for all Virginia Cross Country and Track and Field camps.

• Designed and implemented full body and running specific fitness classes for treadmill studio with class capacity of 24. • Provided gait analysis and injury consultation services to clients. • Provided online coaching services to clients seeking to improve their running. • Managed client profiles via MINDBODY app.

• Managed and operated fitness studio with over 200 monthly members. • Responsible for creating and facilitating all fitness and training programs, including one-hour daily group fitness and recovery classes, marathon, half marathon and 5K group training programs, online coaching, personal training plans and one on one training sessions. • Managerial duties included establishing core business philosophies, training staff, employee scheduling, organizing and facilitating staff meetings. • Marketing through social media management, photography, events and expos, networking with local vendors and fitness professionals, speaking at seminars for businesses, fitness groups and high school teams.

Worked with the athletes specializing in middle-distance and distance. My duties include but are not limited to: on-campus recruiting, supplemental training implementation, assisting my head track and field coach as well as my head distance coach in all things administrative and training related, mentoring student-athletes to achieve personal goals, implementing hurdle training for steeple chase athletes, creating recruit spread sheets and compiling results from around the country for all event areas as well as assisting in the other day-to-day needs of the University of Oklahoma track team and coaching staff.
