As the leader of the Conversions team at Trimble Transportation, I lead a senior team of Professional Transportation / Logistics / Supply Chain / Technology Experts. Our focus is to provide a World Class TMS & Mobility Solution that provides true synergy for the new world of Transportation & Logistics.I bring a unique perspective to my role here at Trimble Transportation. I consider myself a problem solver and take great pride in my job. Having been an IT Director for a regional LTL Carrier in the early 2000's to my current position, I have been helping my team and customers solve problems through technology. Along my journey I have had the unique opportunity to wear many hats both at Trimble, Coupa and now back at Trimble: Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, Solution Engineer, Regional Account Manager, Sr. Account Director for Coupa - Supply Chain Management, Regional Vice President of Sales - ConversionsThe key to being successful bringing technology into a business is not just selecting the right system - it is knowing how to implement it to maximize its uptake. I have personally enjoyed the challenge to help companies realize their next step and embrace change intelligently, rather than just adopting quickly.The key is to match the needs of the business with the appetite and ability for change. Living in southern Utah gives us an amazing opportunity to raise our family. If we are not at Lake Powell, we are learning our newest hobby as a family, dirt biking around the endless trails outside our front door. My personal sanctuary is Cycling and Swimming.
