CurrentPolyganics produces Innovative Medical Devices based on Bioresorbable Polymers.Polyganics specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of innovative bioresorbable medical devices in the areas of ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat), Peripheral Nerve Repair (PNR), and General Surgery. Polyganics focuses on biosurgery, specifically the post-surgical repair of soft tissues.As a Manufacturing Engineer i am responsible for process improvements, scale up and commissioning, guiding improvements from initial idea, process optimization and/or conceptional engineering, automation, training of personnel and validation of all processes available in the manufacturing department while complying to the regulations as specified by ISO13485 and cGMP (medical devices). Lean Manufacturing (6s, Process Mapping, Standardize processes), 6 sigma (Measurement System Analysis, Design of Experiments, Process Capability).
