Hi Everybody.When I was in six grades, my teacher told my parents that I am not leaving up to my potential.I guess that at least part of you experienced the same situation.Sometimes the only difference is to find the person that will listen, look and really try to understand who you are, where is your strength and where are the places that you need to improve.But most of all, someone that will try to find the thing that will make you happy.After years of experience in the business world, I can allow myself to say that I have a lot of experience with people and I am sure that I can find the right match for each position and for every individual.This, without creating unnecessary frustration to both sides, cause once one of the factors, employer or employee is not happy, the frustration is mutual.The most satisfying moments for me is to hear from someone that he is happy in a career that I helped him or her with, and that gives that individual, a sense of self confident, stability and happiness.The same goes with a company or an individual that needed to find the right person to take care of their business and I managed to find that person for them.
