After being away from MIcrosoft IT for several years, I've had the great opportunity to return to the Microsoft IT department to develop and drive the responsible and management of the Software Licensing Service, with emphasis on implementing cost savings, consolidation, and license optimization across the corporation and in response to Software Asset Management changes.I am responsible for the end to end processes, solution, technology, and coordination between several groups to govern use of software at Microsoft including working with Security, Competitive Technology, Accessibility, Finance IT to make sure that we are compliant and successful in the end to end lifecycle management of non Microsoft software at Microsoft.

Responsible for the delivery, management, and maintenance of the Software Asset Management Program which controls cost and mitigates licensing and programmable risk by management of 3rd party software purchasing, deployment and lifecycle management.

Was responsible for several roles as a Program Manager. Including the development, operational management and program management of one of the largest intranet sites at Microsoft called ITGWEB. Was responsible for the Technical adminstration of the site and engagement with stakeholders

Volunteer as the Special Olympics Area Director of South King County with the overall responsibility for the direction, management, budget, volunteering, and processes of programs we manage in the area. Including working with the 7 other Area Directors to define the roadmap to empower our Washington athletes and families to promote inclusion. Primary focus is to promote and transform lives through the joy of sport, each and every day.
