I have spent most of my career of over 25 years at Microsoft. I spent a few years as a vendor and then came on full time not long after that. Microsoft has been an amazing place to work and in this time of digital transformation, cloud first and Mobile first world, it has become even more of a fascinating place to work. The speed in which technology is developing is astronomical and keeping up is very important. I have had the opportunity to advance in several skill sets and competencies through my career at Microsoft. I have focused the last several years on building and managing the software asset and licensing management solution with ongoing development and enhancements of processes and policies in the lifecycle of non-Microsoft software used internally. My emphasis is on Microsoft’s internal Software Asset Management and License Management Services programs. I look at challenges as opportunity, I empower our users to be more productive, and I focus on the balance between users satisfaction and the governance required to mitigate risk and be as efficient in our licensing and cost. I am known for thinking outside the box, having a growth mindset, and analyzing a problem to find the appropriate resolution by understanding all the variables that it may effect. As Albert Einstein stated, I try not to be a man of success, but rather I strive to be a man of value. I strive to make an impact.
