Pat Greeley is a member of the Banking, Bankruptcy, Business Restructuring and Real Estate practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Pat represents clients in a variety of business disputes, primarily in the areas of bank workouts, landlord–tenant disputes, insurance claims disputes, Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, the Wisconsin Home Improvement Act and the Sales Representative Act.Pat also represents clients in a variety of litigation and arbitration matters, including post judgment collection actions, foreclosures, bankruptcy, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) compliance and disputes, First and Eighth Amendment Section 1983 claims and supplemental examinations. In addition he has worked extensively on a successful appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and on a number of pro bono cases.During law school, Pat was the Editor in Chief of the Marquette University Law Review.He is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. Pat serves on the Committee for the Ducks Unlimited Downtown Milwaukee Chapter and volunteers at The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist’s Open Door Cafe.
