Created more than a half-century ago at the recommendation of a U.S. Supreme Court justice, The National Judicial College remains the only educational institution in the United States that teaches courtroom skills to judges of all types from all over the country. Judges served by this nonprofit and nonpartisan institution, based in Reno since 1964, decide well over 95 percent of the cases in the United States.

Working in conjunction with a not-for-profit and a start up that received funding from the National Science Foundation, I am exploring new areas for young minds to discover old academic drills in an exciting way. At its core, we are leveraging behavior modifciation principles in an innovative way with a focus on ADHD populations. Simultaneously, I am leveraging my experiences to facilitate a combination of polarizing institutions - education and digital device usage. It is my belief that delivering knowledge-based material to students within smart devices will lead to a heightened sense of educational engagement and bring about a new generation of eLearning.In parallel, I support a few high-tech and green energy companies on a case-by-case basis.

Commercialized green technology through a variety of strategic initiatives around the world that blossomed during my extensive travel and intense market/cultural study of the target regions. Extensive travel included living in India for more than one year with my family. Specific highlights include:Directed or supported all of the strategic, administrative and financial activities.Developed remote revenue tracking software under innovative revenue share model.Negotiated strategic alliance with India’s largest industrial boiler manufacturer.Listed on Frankfurt exchange at $175 million valuation.Created a joint venture with one of the largest fuel transporters in Ecuador. Established global tax structure to conduct business in five continents.Assembled a culturally and technically balanced international team of experts.

Established a platform for global expansion of green technology by developing a unique market analyses that evaluated the various geopolitical factors in United States, Latin America, Europe, Middle East India and South East Asia on regional basis. Presented to various industry players such as California Air Resources Board, the Ecuadorian Navy, the national oil company in Saudi Arabia, some of the largest companies in India, and a large power plant in Singapore. Specific highlights include:Directed all of the strategic, administrative and financial activities.Developed a product matrix to challenge existing product lines. Created algorithms for new level of performance and emission tracking.Supported plaintiff sponsored litigation in multi-million dollar lawsuit. Participated in grass-roots based lobbying efforts. Organized and negotiated a formal demonstration under a grant program. Restructured the entire predecessor organization.

Worked through several transitions that originated from a family owned and operated partnership to a corporation with more than one hundred employees with ambitious growth plans. Growth plans included the filing of an S1 Registration with a leading Wall Street firm and the acquisition and later disposal of an engineering service company. Initial public offering that sought to raise about one hundred million dollars ultimately was not realized due to a number of fundamental challenges with the company, economy and its bankers at the time. Specific highlights include:Participated daily on an executive management team that dealt with major issues by committee. Managed technology development, which involved an active portfolio of over 100 international patents and patent applications. Implemented a full set of internal controls for all aspect of financial controls.

Audit and consulting services were provided for small and large companies in, gaming sectors, health services, waste management, aviation and start-up endeavors along with specific matters related to Securities Exchange Commission filings and reporting. Also responsible for office recruiting, professional education and staff scheduling.
