I led large cross-functional buying, planning, allocation, marketing and store operations teams that built a corporate omni-channel apparel and hard goods buying, demand planning and allocation structure that supported our over 800 specialty stores with a volume responsibility of over $300 million. In my 16+ years we were able to build successful merchandising, planning and allocation teams and implement numerous assortment building process innovations that grew both comp store sales and margin dollars.
