Sign-off every installed site after checking OCM pre training files and correcting where required. Perform on-site spot checks. • Effectively manage Technical staff.• Ensure effective communication with Management with regard to Staff HR and Operational issues.• Monitoring of sites, handover to training and support departments, identify problem areas and assist with implementation of corrective measures to improve effectiveness• Ensure a motivated technical team• Ensure that all staff are properly and continually trained and tested on all required activities and equipment• Compilation and presentation of management stats.• Introduce departmental procedures where required.• Stay ahead of market trends and adjust accordingly.• Recommend and source hardware and software requirements for OCM.• Liaise with internal and external developers.• Senior support to internal staff.• Monitoring and evaluating technical resources (personnel, Hardware and software)
