Delegate site IT workload for local support staff. Coordinate outside support from vendors, contractors, and service providers. Manage local IT projects from initiation to closure. Troubleshoot production server errors. Perform all hardware troubleshooting for production systems (thin clients, Motorola scanners, and Zebra and HP Printers).
