I have many roles within our team. I assist with both sales and client services teams, with an aim to help grow the business. I plan and execute our marketing efforts, to both clients and prospects. This includes email campaigns, webinars, and social channels. I also write the user manuals for both the front-end and back-end of our proprietary software. This involves working closely with many teams to get the documents written, made and published to our online platform.

I provide support to the sales team on Local Presence Management. Assisting with prospect research, preparing sales decks and any other task that is required.

I consult with client to enroll them in the most effective advertising campaign. I help them understand what each program does so they can make and educated decision towards how to spend there advertising dollars.

I managed business listings across multiple local search channels to maintain accuracy and consistency of the Name, Address and Phone Number information.
