I currently work for One Source Communications of Greenville, NC in the Wireline Implementation department. My team manages the wireline needs for businesses around the country, working as the bridge between service providers such as Spectrum, AT&T, and Verizon, and medium to large businesses to ensure that these businesses have the Internet and phone services that they need to operate. We see the orders from start to finish by placing the orders with the service providers, communicating order updates with our clients, and communicating with service technicians on the day of installation to ensure successful implementation. Since November of 2020, I have been a Team Lead, overseeing a team of 4-5 specialists. In addition to working my own orders, I assign out orders to my team members, provide coaching/training on order management and organization, and act as an escalation point when one is needed.
