For more than 25 years, I have focused where intellectual property, the business of insurance and technology intersect. While in-house counsel for a leading global IT provider, I helped the company buy IT companies around the world, as well as helped the company solve IT problems for insurance firms across the globe. Since coming to private practice in 2001, I have remained focused in helping companies negotiate favorable IT/ outsourcing relationships, most of which have been in the financial servcies sector, including representing some solution providers in this area.
