Engaged in the general guidance of assisting Local Governments in reducing their carbon emissions by developing plans, setting goals, and measuring the progress toward achieving those goals, The plan would include understanding how a community could transition to a more livable and sustainable community, and in doing so, significantly develop economically . Additionally, representing United States Local Government at the international level at various forums in order insure US collaboration, and to share the best practices to other local, state, & national governments, NGO’s, and other interested parties.

General Practice of Law; Served as Delegate to Constitutional Convention 1978-79 for Arkansas; Served as Representative to Arkansas General Assembly 1987-88. Presently engaged in Governmental Relations, Local, State, National, and International, and the General Practice of Law.

One of One Hundred Delegates who drafted a New Constitution for the State of Arkansas.
