I had a busy spring in 2012. I obtained a judgment for $63,730,747.48 for a client who suffered permanent injuries in a savage hatchet attack. I knew the judgment would be uncollectible but I had to finish the case for my client to give him a sense of justice and closure. I made nothing in this case that took a year and half to litigate. I settled a slip&fall case, a sexual harassment case against a national restaurant chain and a real estate - failure to disclose, all totaling over $200,000 in recovery for my clients. I recently persuaded an insurance company to honor their policy after delaying settlement of the claim for ten months. I am currently embroiled in a complicated real estate - foreclosure case that is already over two years old.
