I have worked in all functions relating to the business operation and various functions of a small growing business. I began as a part time employee with the Security Lock and Key focusing on providing the customer with the highest quality customer service and satisfaction possible. After graduation I became the office manager and focused on improving daily office and business functions while identifying potential areas for growth and increased profitability. As the needs of the business changed, I was promoted to operations manager and became more involved in the overall direction of the business and overseeing daily activities, while continuing to balance the dual roles of ensuring the highest quality customer experience and improving the company’s profitability. I now am the Business Manager and oversee the areas of Sales, Marketing, HR while playing a key role in managing the company’s financial progress.
