Within this role, it was my responsibility to manage a before and after school care service, including up to 80 children, and 8 staff members. During my time in this role, I was tasked with managing relationships across staff, teachers and families, adhering to a strict curriculum outlaid by the Catholic Education Department. My employment at COSHC allowed me to generate a deep understanding on managing teams of individuals, and motivate them to achieve a common goal.

Working with the Site Manager and Foreman, it was my responsibility to manage the other teams of labourers in conducting their duties throughout the course of the day.
