Managed Funds Executive Management of all clients managed funds related requests and relationship building across the various platform providers. Requests included but were not limited to the following: pledging of funds, redemptions, applications, withdrawals, and account closures. Also maintaining and updating procedures and policies in line with the changing environment and counterparties. Project Analyst / Reconciliations Management / Migration project member Part of my project work was to build excel macros and reporting systems for various teams statistical and daily reporting. This included researching business requirements and implementing these into usable front-end databases that relied on macros to produce reporting functions for management reporting. Reconciling clients managed funds and stock holdings against those reported by the fund managers to ensure correct reporting of clients’ positions.

The role involved processing international & domestic funds transfers, commission payments, client interest obligations, drawdowns for investment, general management of client loan and portfolio, and investigations of any irregularities for account managers and internal stakeholders.
