Responsible for the overall Commercial and Operations Management across numerous Orica customer sites in the Queensland Area.Accountabilities include:Directly oversee and manage all customer relationships;Safety leadership and operational excellence across territory;Development and delivery of revenue and operating budget;Leading tendering process and negotiations for new and existing business through to contract execution;Managing fixed and mobile plant assets including capital planning;Resource modelling to deliver to customer requirements;Managing HR & training related activity within territory; including coaching, developing, performance management and recruitment.

Responsible for managing & delivering safe, efficient, and productive operations across 8-12 Orica customer sites within Queensland’s Bowen Basin. Key accountabilities included Safety Management, People Management (120 reports), Plant & Asset Management, Change Management, Enterprise Agreement negotiations, Resource Modelling, Mobilisation/Demobilisation and Budget Management.
