- Responsible for the strategy of and delivery of Membership, and group ticketing for the Newcastle Knights. - Development of Membership strategy including retention, growth, and acquisition, including a full scale Membership review process on a regular basis. Leveraging existing and implementing new programs to present an integrated fan and Member approach, inclusive of brand and profile. The consistent identification of new and emerging successful fan engagement activations & management trends.- Assistance in game-day activities, including Membership and sponsorship activations, facilitation of unique fan experiences, internal sponsor vendor set-ups, and driving Membership sales on game-day - Maintenance of CRM & Ticketing databases Archtics and the regular reporting on accuracy and development of such. Responsible for regular interval reporting on Membership, group ticket generation, corporate opportunities, and identifying trends within the market. - Representation of the NRL internally and externally as a community focused organisation, whilst actively building the profile of the game within stakeholder connections. Building rapport and connections to effectively liaise with key NRL and Newcastle Knights stakeholders.
