My practice focuses on advising businesses and employers in a broad range of business, commercial, and employment-related disputes. I represent and defend businesses in state and federal court, as well as a range of administrative forums in matters including complex litigation, corporate governance disputes, contract actions and tort-related matters. I regularly represent employers in state and federal court in the areas of discrimination, fair labor standards, family and medical leave, wrongful discharge, breaches of employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and other state and federal employment issues. I counsel employers on everyday employment matters including employee policies, handbooks, offer letters, employment contracts, and separation agreements.
