As a passionate biologist, I specialized in freshwater ecosystems in college. While there, I was granted the opportunity to research in the Funk molecular lab. I developed expertise using DNA meta barcoding to compare aquatic insect diversity across tropical and temperate latitudes at increasing elevations. From there I transitioned seamlessly to the Fishcrew, excelling in the care and maintenance of intricate coral and saltwater fish environments, managing aquariums exceeding 500 gallons. Next, I’ve further diversified my skills at CPP, a wind engineering company. There, I lead the model shop constructing scale models of city’s around the globe. Which are ultimately used for air quality, structural, and pedestrian wind studies. I am committed to scientific excellence and environmental stewardship.
