I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and previously worked as a Senior Certified Pharmacy technician. I helped customers solve difficult insurance problems, created solutions to simplify their complex care needs, and assisted in troubleshooting various hardware and software issues. I was promoted from my initial position in the first 6 months at Walgreens and was responsible for training new employees, handling escalated customer needs, and inventory management. I decided to pursue a career in IT when I realized that solving puzzles with our tools in the pharmacy brought me the most satisfaction. The program also provided me with a foundation in network/application/OS security, databases, programming in C++ and Python, intrusion detection, firewalls, digital forensics, incident response, ethical hacking, and security assessment/auditing.
