- Primary technical resource throughout the pre-sales process. Own the technical relationship to drive successful customer partnerships by managing and delivering technical information and resources
- Act as technical bridge between customer and internal sales reps and professional services team
- Responsible for outlining and documenting technical scope of work, required resources and setting project timeline and cost
- Document process-improvements, new integration materials and maintain customer-facing documentation such as Statements of Work and Operational Readiness Guides
