People often ask me what I do. The short answer is that I bridge gaps!I work with individuals, teams, and large organizations to assess where they are (current reality), where they want to be (desired future), and map out how to get there (gap). I have a firm belief that I do not have all the answers. Instead, I partner and provide processes that help clients uncover their own answers. This results in not only more engagement, but also an increase in capacity for the individual, team, and/or organization. My facilitation journey began over 20 years ago when I saw my first high ropes course and dove headfirst into experiential and adventure education to create high impact experiences for individuals and groups. Since that time, I completed my Master’s in Organization Development from American University. I no longer lead trust falls or adventure trips but look for ways to create profound experiences in everyday life and the workplace. When I am not working, you will find me running around with and after my four kiddos: Zachary, Alexander, Benjamin, and Emma.
