Shift Leader
CurrentAs a shift leader, my job is to manage the people on my shift and put them in the best possible position to both create great guest experiences as well as a satisfying shift for my employees. I manage both the employees and operations, upholding and teaching the standards of the restaurants to new employees. I must also count financials and write reports, as well as maintain communication with my Front/Back of House counterparts throughout the shift. I have also started doing some data analytics for this store, including reviewing survey responses and tracking revenue and Speed of Service from month to month.
