1) I perform routine process monitoring, adjustments and qualification in a high-speed, high- throughput manufacturing environment. 2) Analyze factory data and make changes and improvements necessary for continuous factory production. 3) Implement and support process improvements, including thorough documentation. 4) Communicate with engineers, other technicians and manufacturing personnel on a regular basis. 5) Perform the change point management task set. Dispositioned lots identified critical failures that imply bigger problems. Fixed those problems or document and escalated. 6) Participated in continuous improvement efforts. 7) I Collect data using standard metrology equipment and reported and analyzed results. 8) At any one time I Monitor up to 10,000 wafers. Check wafers for critical dimensions and defects. 9) Became familiar and followed SOPs to perform all tasks. 10) Became familiar with spinners and scanners. Verified correct processing on tools to ensure wafer quality.

Performed testing and troubleshooting down to component level on navigation and communication systems from various aircraft on the flight line. Troubleshot test equipment when it was down.I used technical publications to perform all maintenance, this included following wiring diagrams and schematic diagrams to isolate faults.Used oscilloscopes, huntrons, multi-meters, and various measuring equipment for testing and troubleshooting.Perform installation and testing of electrical/avionics components and systems per engineer specifications.At various times I oversaw my work center’s FOD, ICRL (individual component repair list), Lean Six Sigma, and tool control programs.After I gained maintenance experience I was designated a collateral duty inspector (CDI).As a CDI I supervised all maintenance activities, ensured all technical publications, SOPs and safety requirements were followed during maintenance.I inspected all outgoing gear for quality of work with under a 1% rework rate.Trained new Marines on all gear and QA programs.Used various computer programs to keep track of all maintenance performed.
