• NOC Support 24x7 Global Operations for all AmEx Network infrastructure and load balancing platforms (Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Force 10, F5, CSM/CSS, NetScaler).• Strong troubleshooting proficiency in a very dynamic global scale enterprise network.• Requires skills in: Design Methodology, Network theory and concepts, storage management, databases, middle ware technologies, multi-vendor virtualization technologies, datacenter arch and expert troubleshooting.• Work with Datacenter migration team to build new datacenter environment.• This includes all routing & switching, virtualization, and load balancing environments with application latency testing utilizing Cisco Nexus and ANUE latency.• Ensure PCI compliance is maintained by following AmEx policy.

• Supervisor to Network Engineers, telecommunication & cable technicians and contractors assigned to the airport. SME for Layer 1 and all Network related matters. • Provides senior level network support and administration of all Routing and Switching infrastructure for Sky Harbor, Deer Valley, and Goodyear Airports includes five standalone enterprise scale networks, including Wi-Fi and the oversight of all telecom and layer one cabling installs. This includes MOE, FDDI & SONET• Manage network security with ASA’s including LAN to LAN VPNs, remote user VPN creation, as well as all ingress and egress security. • Key part in designing and implementing the server and network infrastructure for a new, redundant data center utilizing SAN, Fiber channel, and server virtualization technologies.• ITIL, PCI Compliance, Project management and coordination skills.• Develop purchasing plan, policies & procedures, DR/BC plan, security plan.

• Provide first level network administration (software & hardware), including Telecom administration throughout the WAN.• Also, responsible for daily backups of all production servers.• Provide design and implementation including system upgrades and migrations (i.e., switch/router upgrades, NOS/email migrations, etc.), as well as effective planning for future growth.• Supervise User Support staff and all customer service-related functions of the job.
