Maintained and updated LP Awareness Board with current information and tips. Share loss information with store team.• Understood basic cash wrap procedures and how to properly review discrepancies. Partner with management to resolve issues at cash wrap. • Understood money management principles such as deposits, safe counts, etc. Reviewed all discrepancies as assigned within 72 hours and provided updates to Store Leadership.• Understand cycle count and RFID procedures for theft reporting and accuracy purposes.• Provided support in multiple store locations in the New York Metropolitan area.• Conducted surveillance of the sales floor. Utilized CCTV system to identify, observe, and present evidence while adhering to all Uniqlo’s apprehension policies.
