Involved in the start-up of a new security company in the Charlotte Market which achieved 850k in annual sales. Focused on the development of a Homebuilder Program which included sales and marketing strategies, the implementation of budgeting concerns, operations, builder relations and all issues of the state licensing process. Trade relations were developed with Industry Leaders such as Honeywell, OnQ and Boston Acoustics.

Responsible for developing a residential sales force, advertising, telemarketing, installation, maintenance and administration departments in three offices in North Carolina. Primary activities were hiring, the development of associates and motivating sales representatives. Implementation of new channel development programs with AT&T and USAA. Managing budgetary guidelines and a profitable program. Involved in the creation of marketing venues within my territory. Measuring effectiveness of marketing creative and overall concept on day to day basis.

Broadened knowledge of commercial products and became familiar with commercial code, ADA, NFAS and local AHJ’s.
