Responsible for managing the Stand-In Attack Weapon (SiAW) System Program Office's (AFLCMC/EBI) logistics programs and supply chain activities related to the acquisition, development, production, and sustainment of the SiAW and the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile – Extended Range (AARGM-ER) missile systems throughout the Middle-Teir of Acquisition (MTA) and rapid prototyping pathway. Oversees the program office’s Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) compliance program and the property management of GFP in the possession of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and ensures accurate record-keeping for government-owned property in contractor possession. Duties also include:- Supply Chain Management: Ensures SPO and OEM has necessary materials, equipment, supplies for acquisition, development, production, and sustainment - Maintenance Planning: Implements maintenance plans to include prevention, corrective actions, scheduling, and forecasting- Program Compliance: Manages and drafts the program office’s initial Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) from its inception to completion - Technical Data Management: Responsible for drafting and updating SiAW’s and AARGM-ER’s Technical Data Package (TDP) and coordination and approval through local weapon safety channels/Manages the program office’s Technical Order Life Cycle Management Plan (TOLCMP) and Technical Order Life Cycle Verification Plan (TOLCVP) - Administration Oversight: Oversees and drafts the Manpower Estimate Requirements (MER) and the Item Unique Identification Plan (IUID)- Property Management: Ensures property management compliance for Program Managers (PM) and the Procurement Contracting Officers (PCO)

Government Furnished Property (GFP)/Logistics Program Manager at Eglin Air Force Base supporting the Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM) System Program Office (Air Dominance Division, AFLCMC/EBA).- Responsible for over 200K+ GFP assets in the possession of Raytheon Missile and Defense (RMD) which the Government has furnished to the contractor for performance of Production, Sustainment, Test, and Development contracts.- Reviews all Performance Work Statements (PWS) and ensures RMD has a system of internal controls to manage (control, use, preserve, protect, repair, and maintain) for Government property in its possession. - Responsible for accountability, record keeping, and direct coordination with RMD’s storage warehouses/repair facilities located across multiple facilities and locations and provides a comprehensive log of transactions suitable for audits (authoritative source for use in validating the existence and completeness of an asset from production to demilitarization).- Monitors internal controls regarding acquisition and logistics traceability, tracking, financial reporting, and stewardship responsibility for GFP. - Maintains accountable property records that reflect the status, location, financial information, and condition of the asset until authorized disposition of the property occurs.
