About Patrick Oliver, Mba

An operations manager is the planner, the organizer and the coordinator. For more than 20 years I have been leading teams, planning our strategy, organizing our efforts and coordinating the daily operations of achieving our organizational goals. What I enjoy the most about this role is that I am involved in all areas of the business to create cohesive teams and bring them together to achieve results, which is where I truly excel. I have wrapped up a successful career in the US Air Force in June of 2021. I am proud to have progressed in my USAF career to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, something only 1% of enlisted leaders achieve. I genuinely believe that it is my dedication to creating engaged, collaborative teams has been a key factor in my career success. In my career, I have led countless process improvement initiatives with the intention of increasing efficiency, streamlining procedures and standardizing processes. Change is often a challenge for organizations, but I have learned that communication and team engagement are key to the success of leading organizational changes. I have found that when my team feels involved in the process of change and they understand the “why” of what we are changing, they are more likely to find ways to adapt to and adopt these changes and innovations.I had a successful transition into the next phase of my career in 2021, and I have learned a new way to leverage my leadership skills, team-building expertise, and strategic planning knowledge in my new role. If you believe that I can be of value to your organization, I can be reached at oliverpj@yahoo.com to discuss opportunities.
