Pat Jackson is an experienced commercial real estate transactional attorney and closer with extensive expertise managing a wide range of complex commercial transactions. A broad base of experience allows Mr. Jackson to approach each transaction from multiple perspectives to ensure a smooth closing. Additionally, having been raised in a Dallas real estate family, Mr. Jackson is well versed in the business side of transactions. Prior to joining Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Mr. Jackson practiced real estate transactional law and litigation with Cowles & Thompson in downtown Dallas. Mr. Jackson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Land Title Association as well as an active participant in multiple real estate professional groups. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Edward’s University and his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.
