In July 2021, we commenced a multi-year drillship contract offshore Senegal. I am financially and operationally responsible for this newly established business unit while maintaining the Gulf of Mexico business unit. Additionally, we entered into operational management and marketing agreements for three rigs in March 2021. Two of those rigs are in the Gulf of Mexico. This brings my overall responsibility to 6 deepwater drillships and 2 shorebases.

In addition to delivering industry leading performance on the four drill ships, I am responsible for the P&L of the Gulf of Mexico franchise. Accountable for orchestrating all aspects of the business that are required to sufficiently support our drill ships.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of four (4) Ultra Deepwater drill ships working in the Gulf of Mexico. My operations team and I successfully delivered drilling and completion wells of varying complexity for three major operators. Performed major shipyard upgrades on three of the four ships and commenced two long term contracts following those upgrade periods. Added significant international backlog for the two other ships.

Upon repatriating back to the US, I was the Operations Manager for a jackup working for a small operator. During this short period, my focus was on familiarizing myself with the post-Macondo Gulf of Mexico rules and regulations. I also worked with our Contracts and Marketing department on finalizing the contract for our final two 6th generation DP drillships. In November of 2014, I became the Operations Manager of one of the 6th generation DP drillships and have been in that same position since. Together we won Diamond's DP Rig of the Year for 2017.

Macae, Brazil

After a little more than two and a half years working in the operator's office, I was promoted to Operations Manager of a mid water semi-submersible and relocated from Rio de Janeiro to Macae. My new responsibilities were the day to day management of the rig's safety and operational performance as well as managing financials. During my time as manager, we accomplished a calendar year with zero recordable incidents and a 99.7% up-time efficiency. For the final six months of this period, I was the manager of a deepwater DP drillship. My time with that rig included preparing for a mobilization from Brazil to Colombia.

Rio De Janeiro Area, Brazil

During this assignment, I was the sole Diamond representative in our customer's office. My primary role was the liaison between the customer and my company for the mobilization, importation, acceptance and operations of 5 drilling rigs. Together we spudded the operator's first well as an oil and gas company and continued with another 60+ wells. I reported back through the Operations Manager of each rig.
