  I am currently a Principal Research Scientist in Synthetic Molecule Design and Development organization of Eli Lilly and Company. My primary responsibilities include leading a group of scientists responsible for the design and implementation of ICH stress testing studies for drug substances and drug products, isolation and characterization of degradation products and impurities, process analytical support for peptide and oligonucleotide synthesis, and purification of synthetic peptides and oligonucleotides from the milligram to multi-gram scale. I have extensive experience in analytical HPLC/UPLC method development, preparative HPLC, GC, CE, LC-MS, and laboratory automation. I also have a strong background in organic chemistry with a particular emphasis in the area of drug degradation. I am responsible for the preparation of both internal as well as regulatory documents describing the degradation chemistry of molecules in late-phase development. Previous responsibilities included development and validation of analytical methods for drug products.
