With my many years of experience in document management/project management and my passion for developing and leading teams, I am convinced that I can make a valuable contribution to a company. System optimisation and business transformation are part of my daily tasks. In my current position as Document Manager at RWE Offshore Wind GmbH, I have gained extensive experience in the development and administration of document management systems, working closely with project teams and various stakeholders. In addition to successfully managing document management projects, I am also responsible for setting up new projects and training team members and contractors. I always place particular emphasis on quality assurance and efficient process design.
