• Delivering quality support for displays, such as public information, industrial, car navigation and mobile displays, to customers in West Europe.• Providing technical support for the above mentioned displays (Field application) to all customers in EMEA region.• Supporting the repair centers in West Europe• Conducting market research in order to identify product and technology trends.• Briefing and training the engineering team

• Providing before-sales technical support • Collecting customers’ technology requirements• Coordinating internal resources to provide integrated solutions to customers• Acquisition of projects by delivering the best technical solutions• Delivering on-site support in order to solve problems in the design-in period• Arranging samples and demos• Conducting market research in order to identify product and technology trends.

• Managing customer accounts, including A-brands. • Handling customer quality claims and issues• Processing failure mode analysis of defect products on customer side• Visiting customers monthly to ensure quality• Providing quarterly quality reviews to customers • Visiting customers based on service plan: support within 24 hours in case of urgency• Working closely with HQ situated in Taiwan
