• Serve as liaison between individuals involved with Community Employment Dept. and Transportation Dept. to fill needs, schedules, concerns and other items. • I work to ensure staffing ratios are met. • I fill in our Vocational Technical Educational Class as an Instructor and mentor. • Assist individuals who are currently looking for competitive employment in the community. • Provide Employment Consulting and educate local employers about how we can help their business. • Provide employment assistance with on the job training. • Teaching kids the beautiful game of soccer. • I have obtained my State D Level Coaching License and U10-U12 Coaching Certificate through Ohio Youth Soccer Association North. • While coaching with the Ohio Storm I have coached at all youth levels from U9-U14 girls.• I taught technical, mental, physical and tactical skills to help them reach a higher level of play on and off the field. • Working with Ohio Storm Director of Coaching Scot Clap we were able to begin working with recreational level players and develop youth soccer players able to compete at a competitive level of play in the Northern Ohio Girls Soccer League Division 2 and Ohio Travel Soccer League Division 1

Assisting and supervising individuals with a developmental disability in a sheltered workshop setting. Providing meaningful activities to individuals at our work setting. Some activities I assisted with include cooking/baking, exercise, swimming, bowling, Special Olympics basketball and softball. I also assisted individuals with activities of daily living (ADL's) and (IADL's).
