If you’re like me, handshakes are still an important part of how you do business. And as a Regional Surety Manager, I help Surety Agents help their clients put that handshake on paper. A handshake communicates your integrity and your commitment to another person. It’s pretty much me in a nutshell—when we work together, you can count on me to be proactive, value your time, listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, thoroughly review all documentation, and do everything I can to provide great service to you and your clients.I believe that business is not just about the task at hand but also who you are doing that task with, and the relationships I build with Surety Agents and business owners go beyond simply analyzing financial statements and contracts. Sports, charity work, even the weather, are part of who I am, and I want to know what else besides work is part of who you are. Basically, I strive every day to be a Surety Manager that others enjoy working with and know they can trust.With years of experience in the surety and insurance industry, I earned my MBA and continue to pursue professional designations, which demonstrate my continued desire to improve myself. I feel that learning is a lifelong journey and that when you stop learning, you stop growing. I am self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and resourceful with expertise in building trusting and successful relationships, financial statement analysis, and contract and policy review and interpretation. When I’m not in the office, there’s a good chance I’m keeping up with Villanova basketball and Buffalo Bills football, or even watching a motivational sports movie. I support the ALS Foundation and the V Foundation for Cancer Research, and firmly ascribe to Jim Valvano’s “Don't give up . . . Don't ever give up!”
