Race Winning Brands - 1 YearI was brought on to Race Winning Brands to launch their D2C ecommerce program. My responsibilities include everything from directing the design and presentation of each site, managing the marketing related efforts such as automated emails campaigns, SEO content, PPC campaigns, promo calendars, etc., to reporting on both financials and website vitals. With each of the 15 sites, I collaborate with our in house Dev team to make sure that the site is functional and presents in a manner that is easy to shop and explore. Many of my learnings from leading a very mature ecommerce website have come in handy, ensuring that our sites are set up in an SEO friendly manner, and our customers are encouraged to convert. I have developed a robust understanding of how to get a new ecommerce website off the ground; setting up PPC campaigns, Google Merchant Center, Klaviyo remarketing, etc. This experience has brought my ecommerce acumen to a wholistic level. My strategic roadmap included initiatives from catalog curation and UI improvements, to customer acquisition, retention, and brand development.Onboarding new brands and managing vendor relations was perhaps one of my greatest strengths - I genuinely enjoyed developing connections and building relationships. I’d like to think I had a friend in every corner of our office.I was very passionate about the in-house product lines. I was responsible for ensuring a strong pipeline for the Turner brand products - I’m extremely proud to have been a part of the development process for several state-of-the-art products. I enjoyed leveraging my industry and product knowledge to give feedback to design engineers to ensure our aesthetic products were well received by the market.Another major component of my role with Turner Motorsport was understanding the KPIs associated with organic and paid SEO - troubleshooting a shortfall in demand through the lens of traffic, conversion, and AOV. I joke that I’m a “no-mouse” excel user, and I learned to leverage marketing channels and levers to address any segment or channel-specific shortfalls.I’m very grateful for the experience I gained at EAH; leading an e-commerce based platform has become a passion of mine.
