▪ Comprehensive 24/7 responsibility of a bottling production line including maintenance, technical troubleshooting, reliability, production attainment, EHS, and manpower management. ▪ Implemented maintenance and cleaning routine for the first returnable bottle line in the country to run a weekend crew (6 days of production). ▪ Performed weekly process improvement initiative with trades, operators and senior management for the bottle filler infeed, targeting to reduce downtime from approximately 450 minutes to 200 minutes per week. ▪ Collaborated with the capex team in a multi-million dollar supply chain project for the bottle line.

▪ Managed a team of 15-20 operators in a shift across three packaging lines at the Edmonton brewery. ▪ Communicated with operators and logistics to enacted product holds during production and ensured the proper segregation of product that does not meet quality specifications.▪ Utilized management tools such as 5s, 5y’s, reaction plans and process maps to improve or sustain safety, quality, and line performance. ▪ Specifically contributed to improving bottle line efficiency by working with operators to create a fishbone diagram of the bottlewasher infeed and participating in the bottle line GLY (Gross line yield) improvement meetings.
