Delivered remote trainings to teachers across the world focusing on communicative teaching techniques, lesson structure and flow, as well as a crash course on the online tools available for teachers at 51talk. I trained hundreds of teachers, both experienced and new, in small groups to implement strategies that increase the effectiveness of lessons and satisfaction of students. I also observed and provided feedback to teachers with a focus on helping them develop self-assessment skills.
