At Pulssport we are not only selling sports equipment, we are selling a healthy lifestyle. My role in the company is to do running analyzis, having meeting with suppliers, organizing events, running back office tasks and marketing. Coming from a major surfing company I have brought with me the skate culture. I have organized that we can offer a great selection of skateboards and accessories.I am a confident and reliable team player with extensive customer service experience, attention to detail and knowledge regarding sporting goods. I have a passion for helping people achieve their personal goals and I go over and above to give them the best products and service they can get, which often results in repeat business. I have experience in working in a high pressure environment and meeting set targets whilst adhering to company policy and procedures. Much of my experience in decision making and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships can be attributed to my time working for international company Billabong in Australia between 2012-2014 where I had the opportunity to step up in a leadership role making critical decisions on the spot.

As a hardware manager my role is to look after our surf board section. It includes ordering surf boards, surf accessories, wetsuites and provide the best service we can to please all our customers. My goal everyday is to sell a product that I am 100% confident that my customer will get the most out of. Beeing located in the small town of Noosa Heads on the east coast of Australia I strive after building a long term relationship with my customers. Every customer counts.
