-Excellent knowledge in the incorporation of offshore companies with Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority.-Establishing Free Zone Companies all over the UAE (DMCC and RAKFTZ) and handling the Incorporation of offshore companies either with local or foreign Jurisdictions.-Responsible for clients residence visa application.-Responsible for employees residence visa application.-Field phone calls, schedule appointments, participate in legal meetings, and perform other duties related to administrative responsibilities.-Consolidates all requirements in opening corporations (offshore companies and free zone companies).-Attends to matters regarding DMCC Government Services.-Assists in opening of bank accounts for clients.-Monitor and screen all incoming communication for the Managing Director, prioritize according to importance and bring relevant communication to his notice for action.-Process Invoice.
