I have represented banks and mortgage loan servicers in various litigation matters in state, bankruptcy and federal courts. I have extensive experience with cases involving alleged violations of the FCRA, FDCPA, HPA, RESPA, TCPA, TILA and other federal and state consumer protection statutes. I also work in the equine law industry and was appointed to serve on the California Horse Racing Board as a hearing officer in 2015.

Among other achievements, I served as first chair in a 5-day jury trial and served as second chair during a weeklong arbitration.My equine practice focuses on the representation of industry participants at administrative hearing and appeals, purchase and sale agreements, partnership and limited liability creation, gaming law, regulatory matters, and equine related negligence actions. My intimate knowledge of the equine industry, both from a business and regulatory perspective, allows me to solve equine related legal issues timely and effectively.
