Mr. Keith is the Water Resources Client Services Manager/Department Manager for Stanley Consultants’ West Palm Beach office. Mr. Keith has 17 years of experience providing civil engineering and permitting serves for water resources and coastal design projects. Mr. Keith has presented at water resources conferences and civil engineering lunches as well as created an emergency oil spill response BMP for the city of Gulf Breeze for the Event Horizon environmental disaster.
