I served as a Case Manger/Counselor for a total of 23 years. The first 16 years I worked in a Halfway House Environment and for the final 7 years, in a Secure Prison. I was responsible to manage residents and inmates from their arrival to the facility to their eventual discharge.

I served the 911th Airlift Wing IAP ARS, as Chief Master Sgt. E-9, for 2 years. I supervised the airmen of the Force Support Squadron.. The mission could not have been completed without the hard work of the men and women of the FSS. I also served as an Airmen in the Force Support Squadron Squadron for 11 years where I learned to successfully manage airmen to complete their assigned tasks.
