Overall management of the organizations' finances, assets, staff, programmes, donor relations and administrative duties

 Initiate, develop and generate suitable proposals for fund-raising and promotional activities Produce timely reports as required by management, donors and stakeholders Formulate operating plans and assemble periodic budgets along agreed thematic formats Compile data needed for monitoring, evaluation and planning and represent the organization in forums in the country/ outside the country as guided In charge of 5 zones with 5 field workers

Fund raising, training of both vocational training centres leaders and NGOs management within Simbu provice. Reviving literacy publication centre so that publications can be made in both English and Tok pisin, etc

 Facilitated the NGOs and the Simbu provincial Government to work collaboratively Supported Simbu Provincial Division of Education, in integrating relevant education and food security policies at school, provincial and regional levels. Actively involved in initiating relevant and appropriate skills training in the vocational schools, NGOs and community based development initiatives. Helped to improve the quality of non – formal education through introduction of relevant demand driven short-term courses Facilitated the local NGOs in preparation of project plans and seeking of funds from donor organization – raised over Euro 300, 000. Actively involved in the production of adult literacy materials from Tok pisin {local language} to English Literacy. Revived Literacy Awareness material production {LAMP} center which had equipment but not operational.
