Along with 3 assistant coaches I was responsible for instructing, teaching, and motivating a group of over 150 swimmers (ages 4-18). Supervised and directed daily workouts for all swim team members. I remained very visible and available to allow for effective communication with parents. Prepared all paperwork (line ups and entries) for meets, both dual and championship entries. Actively worked with swimmers to improve all areas of their swimming skills while also encouraging appropriate behavior and sportsmanship from all Swim Team members.
